The Jharkhand Government has appointed personal secretaries (Aapt Sachiv) to six of its Cabinet ministers. Notification has been issued by the Cabinet Secretariat and Vigilance Department, Government of Jharkhand. These appointments include both Government and External quota selections.
Cabinet Minister Mr. Yogendra Prasad has been allocated one personal secretary each from both the Government and External quotas. Additionally, five other Cabinet ministers have been assigned personal secretaries under the Government quota only. The appointed secretaries names are:
Shri Manoranjan Kumar (JH-2020), currently serving as Block Development Officer in Mandar, has been appointed as the personal secretary (Government Quota) to Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, and Cooperation Minister Ms. Shilpi Neha Tirkey.
Shri Anurag Lakra (JH-2020), serving as Sub-Divisional Officer in Simdega, has been appointed as the personal secretary (Government Quota) to the Minister of Tribal Affairs, Scheduled Castes, and Backward Classes Welfare, Mr. Chamra Linda.
Shri Vinay Prakash Tigga (JH-2020), who has been awaiting placement, has been appointed as the personal secretary (Government Quota) to Minister of Urban Development & Housing, Higher & Technical Education, and Tourism, Culture, Sports, and Youth Affairs, Mr. Sudivya Kumar.
Shri Sandeep Dubey (JH-2020), awaiting placement, has been appointed as the personal secretary (Government Quota) to Minister of Rural Development, Rural Works, and Panchayati Raj, Mrs. Deepika Pandey Singh.
Shri Kapil Kumar (JH-2020), serving as Sub-Divisional Officer in Rajmahal, Sahibganj, has been appointed as the personal secretary under the Government Quota to Minister of Drinking Water & Sanitation and Excise & Prohibition, Mr. Yogendra Prasad.
Shri Umesh Kumar has been appointed as the personal secretary under the External Quota to Mr. Yogendra Prasad.
Shri Ajay Kumar Sinha has been appointed under the External Quota as the personal secretary to School Education & Literacy and Registration Minister, Mr. Ramdas Soren.
