    Jharkhand Assembly Speaker, Ravindra Nath Mahato, emphasized the need for caution in mining states like Jharkhand, where mining boosts national wealth but harms local culture and communities. He pointed out that the state is owed Rs. 1.36 lakh Crores by the central Government. The report on “Just Transition” and “Economic Diversification” was launched by Swaniti Initiative and Digital Empowerment Foundation.
