The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed a petition in court to prevent IAS officer Pooja Singhal from being assigned any department, citing concerns she may influence ongoing investigations in the money laundering case. Singhal, released on bail after 28 months in jail, faces allegations related to the Manrega scam. The hearing is scheduled for 14th February.
