India’s industrial production grew by just 3.2% in December 2024, marking a three-month low due to poor performance in mining and manufacturing sectors. In comparison, production had risen by 4.4% in December 2023. The government revised November’s Industrial Output Index to 5%. However, electricity production saw a strong increase of 6.2%.
