Ranchi: Jharkhand’s cottage and small industries, handicraft and food processing entrepreneurs will get an opportunity to showcase and market their products at the India International Trade Fair 2026 in New Delhi. The Industries Directorate will allot stalls free of cost to selected participants at the fair, which will be held at Pragati Maidan from 14th to 27th November 2026.

The selection of entrepreneurs and products will be carried out by a committee of the Industries Directorate on 1st October. Interested entrepreneurs will have to reach the Directorate of Industries, 3rd floor, Nepal House, Doranda, Ranchi, at 11.30am with samples of their products. The committee will consider product quality, innovation, market potential and the product’s ability to promote the image of Jharkhand while making the selection.

The free stalls are intended to provide a platform for Jharkhand’s traditional, handmade and distinctive products to reach buyers and visitors at one of the country’s major trade fairs. The number and size of stalls will be decided by the Industries Directorate. Selected entrepreneurs will have to maintain quality packaging for their products, while food related businesses will need an FSSAI licence and other applicable approvals.

The free stall facility will not include any financial support for participation. Entrepreneurs selected for the fair will have to make their own arrangements for travel and other expenses, and no travel allowance will be paid for attending the selection process either. The Industries Directorate has asked selected participants to remain present at the designated time with their products and comply with the prescribed conditions.
